Socks, Crochet Baby Things & Bob's Chocolate Pie!!!
Okay!! I believe you all saw these a
couple of weeks ago (maybe a month?). Anyway, they're
finally finished. They're knit on size 2 (I still can't
believe I knit anything on needles smaller than a 4!!!)
circular needles from 1 strand of mohair and 1 strand of
wool. The striped band near the tops is where I added a
third strand of some very fuzzy eyelash yarn. It's super
soft. Of course, then, so are the socks!
Crocheted Baby Things
I crocheted a 36" x 36" continuous
granny square baby afghan, a pair of booties, a hat, and a
burping cloth for a friend of mine who had a very
beautiful baby boy!!! I somehow managed to do all of this
in less than a week (quite amazing to me, considering how
many UFO's I have around our home)!!!
Bob's Chocolate Pie!
Bob made his first chocolate pie,
complete with graham cracker crust! It was very delicious
and he is on his way to bigger and better things. Next
will be a cheese cake. He is very adept at following
recipes to a T. It's really pretty awesome to have an
extra pair of 'chefs' hands in the kitchen.
